As one of a small team that developed the MOD’s Red Teaming doctrine, and having taught, conducted and witnessed numerous wargames, I am accustomed to observing and providing constructive challenge. In addition to my skills and experience as a leader, planner, mentor, coach, strategic analyst, and project manager, I have spent extensive periods critically observing teams and individuals as they undertake similar work. I have analysed and given feedback on the way they have operated, providing sound and practical insights to enable development. Holding interactive After Action Reviews is an especially effective way to do this, which I can facilitate in conjunction with your teams.
